Fee invoice
Issued after the end of the month, or earlier if accruals reach your plan's threshold.
Pay in crypto
Use the “Pay” button in the dashboard, typically within 7 days. Partial payments are fine.
Payments keep flowing
Even if you're overdue, customers can still pay invoices you've already created.
Who pays the network fee?
The customer pays the network fee for the transfer, just like any transfer from their own wallet. Coinetic doesn't add any charges of its own to the invoice amount.
What about gas on EVM networks?
A factory for your deposit addresses is deployed once per EVM network. Its actual gas cost in USD appears as a separate line on your fee invoice; failed deployments aren't billed.
Does refunding a customer reduce the fee?
No, unless your plan says otherwise: the payment already went through and was processed.
What happens if I don't pay a fee invoice?
First you get a warning, then creating new invoices is suspended (403 billing_suspended). Everything else keeps working: payments, webhooks, refunds and the dashboard. The suspension lifts as soon as you pay.
