Customers won't pick the wrong network
We show only what's needed for a correct transfer, and hide the amount once the rate goes stale.

Invoices
Price in USD, EUR, USDT or USDC, expiration, allowed assets, your own order_id and up to 20 metadata fields.
HMAC signatures
Your key secret never goes over the wire. Replay protection via a timestamp and a single-use nonce.

Every mutating request carries an Idempotency-Key. Retrying after a timeout returns the same invoice instead of creating a second one.
14 event types
From invoice.detected to invoice.reorged and refund.sent. Events for the same invoice arrive in order.
Sandbox
The same contract and webhooks, with payments triggered by buttons. Sandbox invoices are marked livemode: false.

Real-world payments, already handled
Underpayment
Status underpaid; the customer tops up to the same address. A default 0.5% tolerance covers wallet rounding.
Overpayment
Status overpaid: the order is fulfilled and the excess is available for refund.
Late payment
A stablecoin in the invoice currency is credited automatically for up to 30 days. A volatile asset gets late_payment, and the call is yours.
Block reorganizations
If the block containing a payment is rolled back, the status is recalculated and you receive invoice.reorged.
Wrong network or fake token
Tokens are credited only by allowlisted contract address. Other transfers show up in unmatched_payments and don't change the status.
Refunds
Request via the API or dashboard, and the amount is reserved. You send the transfer from your own wallet and record the hash; on EVM networks, Coinetic confirms it on-chain automatically.
